Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DeedFlow and any related services, reports, AI-assisted extraction features, payment features, and document-processing tools we provide to legal professionals.
1. Use of the service
DeedFlow is intended for lawyers, notaries, legal clerks, and authorized staff who prepare, review, or manage monthly deed reports. You agree to use the platform only for lawful professional purposes and only for records you are entitled to process.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, controlling access to your login methods, and ensuring the details in your lawyer profile are accurate. Any activity performed using your account is treated as your responsibility unless caused by our security failure.
3. AI-assisted extraction
DeedFlow uses AI to extract deed data and prepare report-ready fields. AI output may contain mistakes, omissions, or formatting issues. You remain responsible for reviewing all extracted content, correcting important values, and confirming the final report before submission or filing.
4. Payments and report access
Some reports or premium features may require payment before PDF download or final access is unlocked. Prices, taxes, and feature availability may change from time to time, but the amount presented to you at checkout is the amount charged for that transaction.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process.
- Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not use the service to generate false, misleading, or unlawful records.
6. Data and confidentiality
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data. You acknowledge that electronic systems cannot guarantee absolute security, and you agree to follow your own professional and regulatory obligations when handling client material.
7. Service availability
We may update, suspend, or improve parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to maintain a reliable service suitable for ongoing legal workflows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeedFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including errors in unreviewed AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on this page.
