Privacy Policy
DeedFlow keeps deed data private by design. We only retain structured data required to generate monthly reports and payments. Raw files are processed transiently for AI extraction and then discarded.
Data we store
- Account + authentication details.
- Lawyer profile fields (name, bar number, address, contact).
- Structured deed metadata (dates, parties, amounts) linked to the selected month.
- Payment references and receipts.
Data we do not store
- Raw deed files beyond AI processing time.
- AI prompts and responses containing deed text.
Third parties
AI extraction uses Google Gemini. Payments are handled by Stripe (or a compatible provider) with PCI-compliant flows.
