Return and Refund Policy
This policy explains how DeedFlow handles refunds, payment disputes, and service issues relating to report generation and access.
Digital service notice
DeedFlow provides digital document-processing and report-generation services. Because access is granted immediately after payment and the service begins processing your uploaded material, purchases are generally non-returnable once the report has been generated or unlocked.
When refunds may be considered
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- A payment succeeded but the report was not unlocked due to a verified system error.
- The platform was unavailable or failed in a way that prevented the purchased service from being delivered.
When refunds are not usually available
- You changed your mind after a report was successfully generated or downloaded.
- You are dissatisfied with extracted data that could have been reviewed and corrected before final use.
- Uploaded files were incomplete, incorrect, corrupted, or did not meet the supported format requirements.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us within 7 days of payment with your account email, payment reference, report month, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information needed to verify the claim.
Review time
Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the timing of the relevant payment provider or bank.
